Ana Caban is a professional Pilates instructor who has made a series of Pilates-lesson videotapes and DVD's for Gaiam. The video covers caught my eye immediately because of Ana's slender elegant lines. I bought the first tape based exclusively on that, and loved Ms. Caban so much I bought all of the material available featuring her.
Ana Caban is, simply put, cute as a button, sweet as honey, and fit as a fiddle. She's perfect -- immaculate, long and slender, and a great spokesperson for Pilates.
